Jonathan Bush has over 19 years of experience counseling clients across varied industries on a broad range of corporate law matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other strategic transactions, as well as corporate finance and securities laws. He advises clients in all phases of their business life cycle from start-up to sale of the company.
Prior to joining PilieroMazza, Mr. Bush was a senior attorney in the corporate and securities practice group of Dechert LLP in addition to working for two international law firms earlier in his career. He has advised private equity sponsors, portfolio companies and strategic buyers and sellers on public and private mergers and acquisitions, as well as on general corporate and securities matters. Additionally, he has represented underwriters and issuers in registered offerings, 144A offerings and private placements of equity, debt and hybrid securities. His previous experience also includes serving as an attorney in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs & Co., where he advised on securities, financial advisory, and compliance matters.
