Dean S. Nordlinger is counsel with PilieroMazza PLLC. Mr. Nordlinger represents companies, private equity firms, entrepreneurs and other clients on a variety of corporate matters across varied industries. Mr. Nordlinger actively counsels clients on mergers, acquisitions, dispositions and other strategic transactions, joint ventures, corporate financing, debt transactions, and entity structure and formation in the fields of media and communications, information technology, government contracting, and manufacturing

Prior to joining PilieroMazza, Mr. Nordlinger was an associate in the Business Transactions & Corporate Group at Dow Lohnes PLLC where he handled a variety of corporate transactional matters for clients, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate financing, joint ventures and other strategic transactions primarily in the fields of media and communications, information technology and the for-profit education industry.

Dean Nordlinger graduated from the University of Michigan in 1991, where he received a B.A., with honors, in Spanish Language & Literature. Thereafter, Mr. Nordlinger received an International M.B.A. from the University of San Diego in 1994. Subsequent to business school, Mr. Nordlinger worked for four years in the corporate legal department of Science Applications International Corporation and focused on export transactional and regulatory matters. Mr. Nordlinger received his law degree from Georgetown University in 2000.
