Kelly DiGrado, an associate with PilieroMazza PLLC, practices in the areas of government contracts, general corporate matters, and veterans benefits. Ms. DiGrado counsels clients on a broad range of government contracting matters, including compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation and small and minority business procurement goals and size status.

 

Prior to joining PilieroMazza, Ms. DiGrado clerked for the Honorable Mary J. Schoelen at the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.

 

Kelly DiGrado received a BA in psychology from the College of the Holy Cross in 2002. Ms. DiGrado received her J.D., cum laude, from the Catholic University of America in 2007, where she served as Lead Articles Editor for the Catholic Law Review and represented clients as a student attorney in Catholic’s Advocacy for the Elderly Clinic. Ms. DiGrado is a member of the Maryland bar. She is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, and is accredited to practice before the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
