Christine represents commercial businesses in a wide variety of government contracting matters. She counsels clients on maintaining compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation and small business regulations. This includes issues related to eligibility for and participation in the Small Business Administration’s (SBA) small business federal procurement programs.
Christine reviews and drafts contracts and agreements, including teaming agreements, joint venture agreements, and mentor-protégé agreements. Her practice also includes filing and defending bid protests before the Government Accountability Office and size and status protests before SBA.
Before joining PilieroMazza, Christine served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Grace Burke Carroll of the Fairfax County Circuit Court. During law school, she worked as a Legal Intern at the Federal Aviation Administration, General Services Administration, and SBA.
