Clinton focuses his practice on helping companies address a wide range of business matters, such as mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures; purchase and sale agreements; corporate financings; and entity formation and governance. Clients that rely on his advice and counsel come from a wide range of industries, including government contracting, construction, healthcare, and technology.
Clinton is experienced in drafting subscription agreements, stockholder agreements, purchase and sale agreements, as well as joint venture and limited liability company agreements. He also assists clients with corporate tax issues, disposition and liquidation of business entities, corporate reorganizations, and like-kind exchanges.
Clinton co-founded and sold a Boston-based healthcare startup prior to starting his legal career, giving him both a business and legal perspective when advising clients.
