

Bio
Lucian assists government contractors and other businesses in navigating complex commercial litigation and arbitration matters as well as investigations by the Department of Justice and agency Offices of Inspectors General. He also advises and represents clients in labor and employment disputes; wage-and-hour individual, class, and collective actions; and other business litigation.
Before joining PilieroMazza, Lucian was a litigator at two boutique law firms, focusing his practice on white collar government investigations and enforcement actions by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and Department of Justice, and commercial litigation, including employment, products liability, government contracting, and corporate disputes.
