

Bio
Michael supports clients in their mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. As part of his work for clients, he conducts all phases of due diligence investigations, including preparing memoranda and disclosure schedules. Additionally, Michael works on investment, joint venture, manufacturing, and distributorship agreements and advises on general corporate governance matters.
Prior to joining PilieroMazza, Michael was an M&A attorney for a large multinational law firm, where he worked on private equity, real estate, and leveraged finance transactions. He has also worked in Guangzhou, China for a boutique law firm, where he focused on commercial drafting, corporate advisory services, and dispute resolution for entities based in China and the United States. He earned his law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. He is licensed to practice law in Washington, DC, and North Carolina.
