As an associate in PilieroMazza‘s Business & Transactions Group, Robert provides advice and counsel to business entities on a variety of corporate transactions. With a focus on mergers and acquisitions, secured and structured financing transactions, and all aspects of entity formation, operation, and governance, Robert provides guidance aimed at ensuring clients’ businesses are strategically positioned for sustained growth and success.
During law school, Robert served as an editor for the Journal of Business & Technology Law and was a student-attorney in the Low Income Taxpayer Clinic. Robert’s article, “Assessing the Current State of Net Neutrality and Exploring Solutions in Creating and Maintaining Open, Available and Innovative Internet and Broadband Services,” was published in the 2019 edition of the Journal. He also concurrently earned his Master of Business Administration from the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School while in law school.
