

Bio
Ustina assists businesses working with the federal government in all areas of government contracts law, including handling the bid protest process, navigating SBA’s small business programs, and understanding the compliance requirements of new contracting vehicles. She is also well-versed in corporate transactions and legal services, such as entity formation, novations, mergers and acquisitions, and general business matters.
Before joining PilieroMazza, Ustina clerked at several law firms in Washington, D.C., as well as at the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. She also interned on Capitol Hill for a Senator and members of Congress.
Ustina earned her Juris Doctorate with a concentration in Government Procurement law from The George Washington University Law School. She was selected to serve as a Notes Editor of the Public Contract Law Journal. She also served as a representative of the Middle Eastern and North African Law Society (MENA), the Black Law Student Association (BLSA), and Themis Bar Review. Additionally, Ustina was a member of the Government Contract Student Association (GCSA).
