Audrey is an experienced litigator who represents companies and individuals in complex commercial disputes, labor and employment litigation, federal and state government investigations, and other high-stakes matters. She counsels clients through all phases of litigation, from early case assessment and discovery through trial and appeal, providing strategic guidance tailored to achieving practical and efficient results.
Audrey’s practice encompasses a broad range of disputes, including contract and employment matters, business tort claims, and internal investigations. She combines thoughtful legal analysis with a practical understanding of her clients’ business priorities, enabling her to deliver clear, actionable advice in high-stakes matters. She has substantial experience litigating matters in state and federal courts nationwide and has successfully drafted and argued dispositive, evidentiary, and discovery motions. Her experience also includes managing complex discovery, conducting witness depositions, overseeing large-scale document collections, and developing targeted litigation strategies for clients across numerous industries.
Prior to joining PilieroMazza, Audrey represented clients in complex business disputes, employment litigation matters, and government investigations at large international law firms. She also served in the Maryland Office of the Attorney General, where she assisted with investigations and enforcement actions involving unfair and deceptive trade practices, false advertising, and violations of consumer protection laws.
Committed to public service, Audrey maintains an active pro bono practice. She has successfully represented caregivers in custody and adoption proceedings, advocated for tenants facing unsafe housing conditions, and assisted individuals navigating complex immigration matters, bringing the same thoughtful advocacy and client-centered approach to every representation.
