

Labor & Employment Associate
PilieroMazza PLLC, a business law firm serving government contractors and commercial businesses, is seeking a Labor & Employment attorney with 6-8 years of experience to join its Labor & Employment practice. This is a unique opportunity to practice in a wide variety of labor and employment disciplines and work with some of the most established attorneys in the Labor & Employment and Government Contracts practice areas.
PilieroMazza’s Labor & Employment practice is diverse and growing in equal employment counseling and litigation, management-side labor, wage and hour, and executive compensation. Our attorneys practice in state, federal, and appellate courts, and advocate for clients before the EEOC, OFCCP, NLRB, and other administrative bodies.
- This position will handle federal and state EEO, discrimination, sexual harassment, and retaliation matters.
- Handle all aspects of litigation, including discovery and investigating claims.
- Work directly with clients and other attorneys within the firm.
- Must be able to work independently and have outstanding verbal and written communication and research skills.

Government Contracts Associate
PilieroMazza PLLC, a business law firm serving government contractors and commercial businesses, is seeking an associate with 4-6 years of experience to join its Government Contracts practice group.
We are seeking a candidate highly experienced with bid protests.
Additional experience may include requests for equitable adjustment and claims, FAR compliance, teaming agreements and subcontracts, the False Claims Act, and/or other investigations related to federal procurement law. Experience with the federal small business programs, including the 8(a), SDVOSB, WOSB, and/or HUBZone programs is a plus.
