Adel Mansour is an Associate in PilieroMazza’s Government Contracts Group, where he works closely with the Firm’s senior attorneys to assist government contractors in navigating their compliance obligations. With a strong foundation in legal research and analysis, Adel provides thorough and practical legal support tailored to the specific needs of each client.

Clients will benefit from Adel’s practical experience, having served in multiple federal government positions, including as an intern with the General Law Division of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Office of General Counsel, where he assisted in several government contract matters, including a Procurement Integrity Act investigation. He also interned at the Investigation and Prosecution Division of the U.S. Office of Special Counsel and with the Violent Crime and Racketeering Section of the U.S. Department of Justice.

Before joining PilieroMazza, Adel was a summer associate with the Firm, where his diligence and attention to detail quickly distinguished him as a valuable contributor to the team. He is dedicated to developing his expertise in government contract law and ensuring clients receive responsive, effective counsel.

Adel earned his Juris Doctorate from The George Washington University Law School, where he served on the Public Contract Law Journal and formerly represented first-year students in the National Security Law Association. He was the recipient of the Philip and Sara Davis Endowed Scholarship in Government Procurement and competed as a semi-finalist in the Van Vleck Moot Court Competition, where he drafted an 8,000-word brief and argued to the semi-final round. He was also an active member of the Moot Court Board.
