Julia Di Vito represents clients in a wide variety of government contracting matters, including representing clients in bid protests at the Government Accountability Office and the Court of Federal Claims, size and status protests before the Small Business Administration, and counseling clients on matters of regulatory compliance. In addition, she represents clients in federal and state court actions, including contract disputes, employment matters, and business torts. She also counsels clients on a broad range of employment and labor issues, including wrongful termination and non-competition and non-disclosure agreements.
Prior to joining PilieroMazza, Ms. Di Vito was a Law Clerk at a large government contractor where she worked with the U.S. Department of Justice on civil litigation involving admiralty and environmental law. Prior to that, she developed experience in all aspects of litigation while working for a law firm in Washington, D.C.
