Attorneys in PilieroMazza‘s Construction Group represent clients in building construction; architecture and engineering services; highway, street, and bridge construction; heavy and civil engineering construction; and utility construction. A deep understanding of the construction industry and its unique compliance requirements allows the Group to provide clients with well-rounded advice and counsel on laws and regulations governing private and public projects, including daily operations, contracts, employees and labor relations,  potential conflicts, and opportunities for growth.

When construction matters intersect with other areas of the law, the Group draws on the skills of attorneys from the Firm’s four core practice groups: Government Contracts, Business & Transactions, Labor & Employment, and Litigation & Dispute Resolution. Clients benefit from the Group’s ability to spot potential issues and recommend pragmatic ways to address concerns and issues. Using the client’s primary objectives as a guide, the Construction Group analyzes the challenge and aligns its legal acumen and experience in the industry to help our clients respond to issues in an effective manner.
