Megan Connor’s experience extends across all of the firm’s practice areas. She counsels clients on a broad range of government contracting and business matters, including regulatory compliance, security clearances, and intellectual property law. She also represents government contractors in False Claims Act investigations as well as suspension and debarment matters. Ms. Connor further assists clients with small business size and status protests and appeals before the SBA and OHA, as well as bid protests before the GAO and COFC.
For the firm’s small business clients, she advises on affiliation issues, limitations on subcontracting, and how to maintain size and status. Ms. Connor regularly speaks on teaming agreements, joint ventures, subcontracting, and the mentor-protégé programs for small businesses
In addition, Ms. Connor’s litigation background includes representing contractors in state and federal litigation concerning employment and business matters, including disputes with teaming partners.
