Camilla Hundley works closely with clients to develop dispute resolution, litigation, and appellate strategies in state and federal courts. With the client’s business objectives in mind, Ms. Hundley collaborates with her colleagues—from a cross-section of PilieroMazza’s practice groups and industry teams—to advance the best interests of our clients. Prior to joining PilieroMazza, Ms. Hundley was a Briefing Attorney for the Honorable Chief Justice Jim Wright in the Eleventh District Court of Appeals of Texas (2017–2018). Matthew “Matt” Kreiser represents large and small companies and private individuals in complex commercial disputes, appeals, and labor and employment-related disputes before federal and state courts and administrative agencies. Mr. Kreiser’s primary practice areas include, but are not limited to, labor and employment litigation, including Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, FLSA, NLRA, wage and hour, non-compete agreements and restrictive covenants, trade secrets, and information privacy. He also represents and assists the Firm’s clients in complex civil matters, actions arising under the False Claims Act (FCA), and matters involving whistleblower retaliation. Mr. Kreiser is particularly adept at understanding where the law intersects with public policy and utilizes this knowledge to deliver issue-specific advocacy on behalf of PilieroMazza clients to help drive and achieve favorable outcomes and resolutions.
