PilieroMazza is pleased to announce that partner Kathryn Hickey was elected a member of the Board of Directors of the Howard County Chamber of Commerce, effective June 1, 2021. As a member of the Board, Kathryn will work together with others on the Board and the Chamber’s President and CEO, Leonardo McClarty, to foster and promote the success of Howard County’s business community. Kathryn is Chair of PilieroMazza’s Business & Transactions Group, where she advises companies of all sizes on general business concerns, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, and commercial contracting matters. She also plays an active role on the Firm’s Healthcare team.
