On July 29, President Biden signed an executive order requiring all onsite federal employees/contractors to be vaccinated – or face strict testing, social distancing, and masking requirements. Employers with 100+ employees were also mandated to have employees vaccinated or adhere to frequent COVID testing. While implementation has been delayed due to legal challenges, a recent court ruling in the President’s favor has forced many businesses to seek legal guidance, update staffing recommendations, and revisit overall protocols.
