Law360 highlighted several of Emily’s notable achievements, including her successful representation of a woman-owned small business in a Government Accountability Office protest involving federal small business competition requirements, as well as her role in helping secure a $3.5 billion U.S. Coast Guard contract as part of the trilateral Icebreaker Collaboration Effort (ICE) Pact among the United States, Canada, and Finland. The publication also recognized her work advising on sophisticated government contractor transactions involving foreign investment and national security considerations.
