Bio
As an Associate in PilieroMazza’s Government Contracts Group, Krissy works alongside the Firm’s senior attorneys to assist government contractors in meeting their compliance obligations. She has particular experience in structuring and reviewing SBA-compliant mentor-protégé and joint venture relationships, and in supporting clients in bid protests at the agency level and before the Government Accountability Office. Krissy’s strong foundation in legal research and analysis allows her to deliver comprehensive legal solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Before joining PilieroMazza, Krissy was a summer associate at the Firm where her proactive approach and attention to detail quickly established her as a valuable member of the legal team. She is committed to advancing her knowledge in government contract law while ensuring clients receive responsive and effective legal support.
Krissy earned her juris doctorate degree from The George Washington University Law School, where she was honored with a Shapiro Public Interest Fellowship, the Dean’s Recognition for Professional Development, and the Judge Frederick J. Lees Memorial Scholarship which is awarded to law school students pursuing a career in government contracts law.
