As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to affect our region and our country, I want to assure you that PilieroMazza is taking all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our team members, their families, our clients, and our community.
Our firm’s leadership team is actively monitoring the national COVID-19 outbreak and assessing local impacts. We are following recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO), U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and regional authorities and sharing these recommendations with our team members so they can protect themselves, their families, and our clients against the transmission of this virus.
While safety is our primary concern, we have put protocols in place to ensure continued service to our clients. Our attorneys and support staff remain available to serve you whether they are in the office or teleworking. At this time, our offices remain open and we have no one under quarantine or who presents with the virus. However, for the health and safety of our team and our clients, we plan to avoid in-person meetings whenever possible. If closing our physical offices becomes necessary, we will notify you and will immediately shift to fully remote operations.
Our goal is to protect our team, their families, and our clients against the spread of this virus, while continuing to provide a high level of service to our clients. Additionally, PilieroMazza formed the COVID-19 Client Response Team whose purpose is to offer government contractors and commercial businesses practical guidance to protect you, your business, and your personnel against the far-reaching impacts of COVID-19. The firm also launched a COVID-19 Client Resource Center with information and resources to help you through this difficult time.
If you need more information or, in the unlikely event that you are unable to reach one of our team members, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or one of our practice group chairs, and we will make sure your matter is handled. Practice group chairs are:
