Bio
Sammy supports the corporate law needs of PilieroMazza clients as an Associate in the Firm’s Business & Transactions Group. His legal services include matters related to mergers and acquisitions, secured and structured financing, entity formation, operational matters, and corporate governance.
During his time at The George Washington University Law School, Sammy earned a Merit Scholarship and the Dean’s Recognition for Professional Development. He was also an active member of the Business and Finance Law Review, where he published the following note: “Banking Mergers and Acquisition Reviews: A Potential for Increased Scrutiny Under the Clayton Act?”.
