Bio
Yusuf is an accomplished corporate attorney with experience advising private equity firms, emerging and middle market companies, venture capital funds, and entrepreneurs on complex strategic transactions and corporate governance. He advises clients through business transactions in highly regulated industries, such as government contracting, energy, telecommunications, and healthcare. Yusuf combines his legal expertise with a collaborative approach to deliver successful outcomes for clients in high-stakes transactions and beyond.
Yusuf manages all aspects of deal execution, including drafting, revising, and negotiating deal documents for a wide range of business deals. Additionally, he facilitates the formation of corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies while drafting and revising key governance documents, such as bylaws, committee charters, and company policies.
Yusuf is passionate about giving back to the community through his involvement in pro bono work. He has advised numerous nonprofit organizations on general corporate matters to support their missions.
