Meghan consistently exhibits a deep understanding of the legal complexities inherent in small business government contracting rules and regulations. Her knowledge of these small business procurement matters—such as the SBA’s 8(a), SDVOSB/VOSB, WOSB/EDWOSB, and HUBZone programs—is instrumental in providing insightful counsel to PilieroMazza’s clients. Additionally, much of Meghan’s practice involves advocating for clients’ interests in SBA’s Mentor-Protégé program and assisting clients in forming joint ventures that are beneficial to meeting their business goals.
