Bio
Ashley is an Associate in PilieroMazza’s Business & Transactions Group, where she provides strategic counsel on corporate matters to businesses across various industries and sectors. Ashley’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, stock and asset purchases, corporate governance, shareholder activism defense, and general business law.
While in law school, Ashley served as Comments Editor for the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Business Law. In addition to her law degree, she obtained certificates in Management and Business Economics and Public Policy from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
