Eric’s practice spans the full lifecycle of government contracting—including regulatory compliance, small business matters, subcontractor and teaming agreements, bid and size protests, and contract claims and appeals. He brings a rare combination of legal depth and real-world experience, shaped by hands-on experience in defense contracting, having worked for both the Department of the Army and a national defense contractor.
As a clerk for the Honorable Matthew H. Solomson at the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, Eric gained firsthand insight into how protests and contract disputes are evaluated and decided. His additional background includes working with the Congressional Advisory Panel on Streamlining and Codifying Acquisition Regulations (809 Panel) and serving as a judicial intern at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Together, these experiences enable Eric to help government contractors anticipate regulatory risk, navigate evolving acquisition rules, and position them for success through compliance and litigation.
